"Das Schild über der Küche stimmt einfach! „Ich mache die beste Pizza“ da können wir nur zustimmen! Super lecker! Die Wirtin ist unglaublich lieb und kinderfreundlich. Die Kinder haben geschwärmt. Hatten dort einen tollen Abend, vielen Dank."

"Das Essen ist sehr gut, alle Zutaten auf der Pizza und im Salat waren frisch. Geschmacklich war es einwandfrei. Wir haben bestellt. Die Eigentümer rufen an, wenn man los kann und das Essen holen. Diesen service finde ich richtig super, da unnötige Wartezeiten vermieden werden. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, weil es von Bestellung bis Abholung recht lange gedauert hat(mehr als 1,5 Stunden). Man muss aber fairerweise sagen, dass bei der Bestellung gesagt wurde: "Es dauert mindestens 1,25 Stunden." Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert."

"Nachdem mein Freund Marcus mir letzte Woche die Rhön gezeigt hat, waren wir hier essen. Die Pizza war sehr lecker und mit Liebe zubereitet. Das hat man geschmeckt. Auch der Salat vorweg war sehr frisch und schmeckte sehr gut. Das Ambiente mit Blick auf den Mähroboter im Garten und den Bergen im Hintergrund ist sehr gemütlich. Ich komme gerne wieder! Macht weiter so. Daumen hoch"

"Das Essen in der Pizzeria Cosimo war sehr lecker. Die Pizza war sehr gut belegt und die Preise sind angemessen. Es gibt verschiedene Vorspeisen, je nach Einkauf des Chefs. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Lokal war voll aber es herrschte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich kann diese Pizzeria nur empfehlen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Wir haben schon sehr oft dort Pizzen zum abholen bestellt. Die Zeitangaben haben immer gestimmt und Geschmack der Pizzen richtig lecker, man kann nur 5 Sterne geben."

"Eine unerwartet positive Entdeckung: Original kalabresische Küche mitten in der Thüringer Rhön, kredenzt von Cosimo. Fantastische Vorspeisen, sehr guter Wein und richtig gute Pizzen. Das Das Ambiente und der laufende Fernseher sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das macht Wirtin Antje mit ihrem herzlichen Service wett. Wissen sollte man, dass die Trattoria erst 17 Uhr öffnet von Freitag bis Sonntag, mitunter zwei Monate geschlossen hat, weil Cosimo frisches Olivenöl aus seiner Heimat holt und auch Kartenzahlung nicht möglich ist. Wer im Sternerestaurant in Dermbach keinen Tisch mehr bekommt, ist hier mehr als gut aufgehoben."
